Diktel, Khotang<\/strong>\u00a0 Nepal is set to host its First National Bamboo Conference-2025<\/strong> from February 27 to March 1<\/strong> in Diktel, Khotang<\/strong>, marking a significant milestone in the nation\u2019s journey toward a sustainable and green economy. The event is being jointly organized by the Ministry of Forests and Environment (MoFE), the Forest Research and Training Centre (FRTC), and Green Bamboo Creation Pvt. Ltd.<\/strong>, in collaboration with Diktel Rupakot Majhuwagadhi Municipality<\/strong> and other key stakeholders.<\/p>\n

Speaking at a program ahead of the conference, he stressed the need to promote bamboo as a sustainable alternative to traditional resources. He also highlighted that hosting the conference in Diktel, rather than a metropolitan center,<\/strong> reflects an inclusive approach to Nepal\u2019s economic transformation.<\/p>\n
